Community Acupuncture |

Payment is due at the time of your visit. I accept cash, personal check or credit card.
Some insurance companies will now cover acupuncture for certain conditions. If I am a provider for your insurance carrier, you will only be responsible for your co-pay amount. If I am not a provider for your insurance, I will gladly provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement and you will be charged the normal cash rate.
Most conditions require an average of 6-12 treatments, although some will respond sooner and others may require a longer series- this depends on the severity and chronic nature of the chief complaint.
A sliding scale is available to eligible patients. Please speak to me if you have financial difficulties. Treatment is never refused for financial reasons.
Your appointment time is reserved specially for you. In the event of a missed appointment or and appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged a $25 fee. Insurance will not pay for a missed appointment.
